June 28th - FREE Sports Physicals for St. Johns PAL participants @ St. Augustine High School, 10am – 2pm. Provided by St. Vincent’s Mobile Health Care
July 24th - FREE Sports Physicals for St. Johns PAL participants @ Crescent Beach Baptist Church, 10am – 2pm. Provided by St. Vincent’s Mobile Health Care ***This is will our 1st scheduled Uniform fitting**
Uniform fittings – 2nd and final fittings for uniforms @ Southeast Branch Library, in the sub-station for the Sheriff’s Office from 4pm-7pm
August 2nd - Parent meeting for St. Johns PAL Football & Cheer families @ St. Augustine HS auditorium, 7pm
August 6th – 9th – Cheer Camp is open to All Registered St. Johns PAL Cheerleaders
August 13th – 1st practice, 5:30 – 7:30pm @ Osceola Athletic Fields. shorts, t-shirt & tennis shoes
August 14th – 2nd practice, 5:30 – 7:30pm @ Osceola Athletic Fields. shorts, t-shirts & tennis shoes

October 13th: Game 5 - ‘PINK DAY’ !!! Cheer shorts, Cheer t-shirt, pink socks & pink hair ribbon (ribbon provided)
October 20th: Game 6 Regular Uniform
October 27th: Game 7 - ‘Crazy Hair & Crazy Sock Day’ – Cheer shorts, Cheer t-shirt, your craziest socks & craziest hair

Junior Development Cheer (JDC) -

St. Johns PAL offers Junior Development Cheer (JDC) to the young women of St. Johns County, who are (6) – (14) years of age, as of Sept. 1st, 2012. JDC is a recreational, non-traveling cheer program focused on Safety, Fun and Learning the Fundamentals of Cheer. The program runs from August – November each year.

The Cheer girls practice twice a week and cheer during the Junior Development Football games on Saturdays. The cheer season begins with practice in mid – August and runs through the end of football season in November. The JDC program will have six (6) cheer divisions, grouped by age with the appropriate JDF divisions. Cheer Competition:

During the week of October 8 – 12th, all participants in the JDC program will have the opportunity to tryout for our Competition Squad. For those that are selected, at the conclusion of our regular JDC Cheer season, practice will continue through the month of November (usually 7-9 additional practices). We will be participating in the State of Florida PAL Cheer Championships on December 1st held in Daytona Beach. There will be a small fee required from each participant.

Copy of Birth Certificate (unless you are a returning PAL participant)
Copy of Report Card or Interim Report (most recent)
Participant, for measurement

Cost for 2012 season:

$125- 1st family participant, $25 off each additional family member
$70 - families who qualify for reduced lunch*, $20 off each additional family member
$40 - families who qualify for free lunch*, $10 off each additional family member
